Terms of Service

These pilot terms govern use of ReplyCrew. The pilot is provided to help service businesses capture and manage customer inquiries.

Pilot status

Features may change during the pilot. SMS automation, calendar integrations, billing automation, and other features marked as planned or next are not represented as live until enabled.

Business responsibility

Businesses remain responsible for their customer communications, service decisions, estimates, scheduling, legal compliance, and any actions taken from ReplyCrew recommendations. Lead priority scores are workflow signals, not guarantees of customer intent or sales outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not use ReplyCrew for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity, or attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.

Availability

Pilot service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, ReplyCrew is provided without warranties during the pilot and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
