ReplyCrew helps service businesses receive and manage customer inquiries. This policy explains the information ReplyCrew processes during the pilot.
Business accounts may provide names, email addresses, business details, service areas, hours, phone numbers, and account credentials handled by our authentication provider. Customer inquiry forms may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, requested services, timelines, and inquiry messages.
We use this information to operate ReplyCrew, route inquiries to the correct business, prioritize leads, suggest responses, maintain account security, improve reliability, and provide support.
We do not sell customer or business personal information. We may use infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, including hosting, authentication, and database providers. A business receives the inquiry information submitted to that business.
We retain information while needed to provide the service, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Account owners may request deletion using our account deletion page.
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, tenant isolation, and other technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
For privacy questions, use the contact information provided by ReplyCrew when the service launches on its permanent domain.
